Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 September 2026

This privacy policy explains how Bigg Boss Voting (“we”, “us”, “the site”) collects and uses information when you visit bigbossvoting.com. The site is an unofficial fan website. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Voting cookie. We set a voter_id cookie so we can allow one favourite vote and one elimination vote per person, per show, each calendar day (IST).
• Live chat. If you send a comment, we store the display name and message you type, and the time it was sent.
• Contact form. If you write to us, we store your name, email address, subject, and message so we can reply.
• Technical data. The server may keep normal web logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are used to run and protect the site.

How we use information

We use this information to run the fan vote, show chat, answer contact messages, fix errors, prevent repeat voting and abuse, and understand which pages are used. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The site uses a necessary cookie for voting. See the cookie policy for details.

Advertising

We may show Google AdSense. We do not currently run Monetag or popup ad networks on this site.

Google AdSense

We may also show Google AdSense. Google may use cookies as explained in Google’s advertising policy. You can change personalised ads at Google Ads Settings.

Sharing

We may share information with hosting and security providers who help us run the website, or if the law requires it. Vote totals shown on the site are counts only. We do not publish your email address on public pages.

How long we keep data

Vote records are kept so daily limits work. Chat messages are kept to display recent comments. Contact messages are kept until we have handled them. You can ask us to delete a contact message that includes your email.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal details, email contact@bigbossvoting.com and we will delete them.

Your requests

You can ask what contact information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete a message you sent, by emailing contact@bigbossvoting.com or using the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
